All rehearsals are held at the Scout Performing Arts Adventure Centre unless otherwise specified, see our venues.

JANUARY

Thursday 29th January     

  • Audition and Interview Session 1 – 7.00pm 

FEBRUARY

Sunday 1st  February          

  • Audition and Interview Session 2,3,4 – 9.00am, 11.30am, 2.00pm

Monday 2nd February        

  • Audition and Interview Session 5 – 7.00pm

Friday 6th February              

  • Audition and Interview Session 6 – 7.00pm

Sunday 8th February              

  • Cast Call-Back Auditions – 9.00am to 2.00pm

Monday 24th February         

  • Orientation Night & Rehearsal 1 (All Cast and Crew) – 6.45pm to 9.15pm

MARCH

Sunday 1st March           

  • Special Rehearsal (some cast only required) – 1.00pm to 5.00pm

Monday 2nd March          

  • Rehearsal 2 (All Cast) – 6.45pm to 9.15pm

Monday 9th March             

  • Rehearsal 3 (All Cast) – 6.45pm to 9.15 pm (Labour Day)

Sunday 15th March           

  • Rehearsal 4 (All Cast) – 1.00pm to 5.30pm

Monday 16th March       

  • Rehearsal 5 (All Cast) – 6.45pm to 9.15pm

Monday 23rd March       

  • Rehearsal 6 (All Cast) – 6.45pm to 9.15pm

Saturday 28th March      

  • 1st Weekend Rehearsal (All Cast) – Start 12.45pm (or 10.00am start if you are required for sketch or dance rehearsals)

Sunday 29th March        

  • 1st Weekend Rehearsal (All Cast) – Finish 4.30pm

Monday 30th March         

  • Special Rehearsal (some cast only required) – 6.45pm to 9.15pm

  • Bump In – Besen Centre, Burwood – (Tech Team & Over 18 Cast only) – from 9.00am

  • Special Rehearsal – (some cast only required) SPAAC – 11.00am to 1.00pm

  •  New Cast Theatre Orientation, Besen Centre, Burwood (time to be advised)

  •  Rehearsal 15  (All Cast)  SPAAC – 1.00pm to 5.00pm 

Monday 15th June       

  • Dry Run Tech Rehearsals, Besen Centre, Burwood – (Tech Team only as available) – from 9.00am, All Tech, PL’s and select cast as required from 6.00pm

Tuesday 16th June

  • Dress Rehearsal 1 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Wednesday 17th June 

  • Dress Rehearsal 2 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Thursday 18th June  

  • Dress Rehearsal 3 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Friday 19th June     

  • Performance 1 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Saturday 20th June    

  • Performance 2 & 3 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 12.30pm to 10.45pm followed by Rover Night Party (over 18)

Sunday 21st June       

  • Performance 4  – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 12.30pm to 5.00pm

Tuesday 23rd June 

  • Performance 5 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Wednesday 24th June  

  • Performance 6 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm

Thursday 25th June    

  • Performance 7 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm followed by Past Members Supper

Friday 26th June         

  • Performance 8 – Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 6.00pm to 10.45pm followed by Venturer Night Party (14-17 yrs)

Saturday 27th June    

  • Performance 9 & 10 –Besen Centre, Burwood (All Cast and Crew) 12.30pm to 10.45pm followed by Final Performance Party until 1.00am

Sunday 28th June      

  • Bump-Out – (Tech Team & Over 18 Cast only) – from 10.00am – 6.00pm
